One of the tools we use is Skype which enables us to have a group conference and discuss various issues.
Skype allows you to share files, photo's and ideas in real time.
You don't need the webcam to be activated, this will save bandwidth if your line is a tad slow.
When you ring one of your DB's and try to describe something over the 'phone it can be quite difficult at best or even down right arduous!
Whilst talking on Skype you can annotate a picture and or draw over it with lines, pointers and overlay images too.
It also helps you keep in touch with family and friends... and it's free!
